WRC-100x Basestation administrator password lost

By default the administrator password is not set and can be left empty!


If a administrator password popup appears in Sensortrend software there are 2 possible causes:

1. Sensortrend software lost connection with base station

2. User set a adminstrator password


We recommend to check both causes to be certain a password is set by a user.


1. Sensortrend software lost connection with base station

Please check if connection can be made by software. 

Restart base station.

Restart PC and start Sensortrendsoftware.

To perform this test go to 'Configuration' tab, select base station and push button 'Rediscover'


If connection is possible than a password is set.

If connection is not possible than connection problem needs to be solved.


2. User set a adminstrator password

This procedure needs the assistance of factory and is time based.

Please contact Atal first to make an appointment.


If an appointment is made than a debug code is needed which can be retrieved in Sensortrend software.

Go to menu 'help' option 'debug' and send a printscreen of the debug popup to support@atal.nl 


Important! This debug popup may not be closed until procedure is completed.


When debug printscreen is received Atal will do a request for a temporary Password and will return that to you.

Use the returned password in debug printscreen and push 'ok'



Turn on advanced options in next popup:

After pushing 'save' the administrator password can be reset on 'configuration' tab by right click on base station and choose 'password reset'
